Hello – When is the next class?

hello folks!

I’d be happy to impart my cooking wisdom in an (un)class sometime, whether it is this theme or another one (I’ve been cooking and teaching for 5 years)… but, sadly, am taking my name off of the list because we don’t have a space for next Sunday. holler at me if you get something/have another idea/etc etc! my suggestion is small groups in someone’s house, or to rent out a space (but yikes! can be pricey)

Sept. 27th works for me as well! Keep me posted! Looking forward to making some awesome new dishes! I have no suggestions for huge accomodating kitchens for such a large group, but will travel to wherever you guys decide the class will be held.

I can teach an unclass on Sunday, Sept. 27. (or a later date)
I’d prefer to have it in a SF/bart accessible home….

as, I don’t have a car and if it is in Palo Alto, would need to catch a ride (with groceries) down to PA.

time: late afternoon so we can eat an early Sunday dinner!

Hello chefs!
Vanae: are you comfortable with having strangers in your home? Do you live in San Francisco?
I’d be happy to teach 8-10 people, or up to 15 if we just do a demonstration type of unclass with a smaller amount of hands on cooking (and if you have a big kitchen).

I’ll bring ingredients if everyone chips in ($10-$15 each should cover it, which would include eating the delicious food!)

I’ve taught cooking in venues in the Bay Area: wineries, the Ferry Building, Kitchen supply Centers (the only one that offered eqpt. was Sur La Table, and YES, they all need to be rented out). hmmm… if that doesn’t work,

My suggestion would be to get a small group together and offer it in someone’s home- 8 or less people.

Hi Calley! stoked that you’re offering to teach. this class doesn’t have a location yet and it looks like we’ll need a pretty big space. do you happen to know of any commercial kitchens in the city that may work? anyone else in the class have access to a good space? we can always pool up and collectively cover the cost if $$$ would help. there was a great cooking unclass in LA a few months ago that may serve as inspiration!
