Persian Food 2.0 - Walnuts and Pomegranate Edition
Inspired by a recent visit from my brother and our mom’s epic recipe, we’ll be cooking Khorest e Fesenjoon – a tangy yet creamy classic. Pomegranate and walnut create a base of magic for the chicken to simmer in. Of course, this will be served with Basmati rice and Tahdig.
$10 chip in or nice wine is fine.

Amateur gourmand and part of the team behind unclasses, I grew up eating (and taking for granted) all sorts of epic Persian eats. I’m going to learn by teaching each of my mom’s dishes over the coming months – satisfaction guaranteed.
