You must PRE-REGISTER. If you NO SHOW, you will be charged a $15 no show fee. Please call (415) 351-1500 to register. A valid credit card is required to hold your spot. Class size is limited to 10 students. No late arrivals. Please bring water, yoga mat, and towel.

Teacher's Notes
Nick Utley is an avid Yogi. He had been practicing Anusara Yoga for the last 4 years with a fire of devotion, opening many doors towards transformation. In truth Nick owes everything he is to his practice.
Yoga classes at Avra Organic Spa consist of setting an intention, Asana postures (traditional Yoga poses), Pranayama breath-work, sacred chanting, principles of alignment, guided meditation, and visualization on a journey inward.
