Film crew at our house until 7 pm. Lets make it 7:30

Address is 1145 Florida Street between 23rd and 24th.

If anyone can bring a meat thermometer the can take home some extra cheese.

y’all got room for one more? I’d be down to learn to cheeeeez. Also, I know of a dude who has made cheese at least once before and I’m gonna ping him now to see if he can help out.

Sorry Andrew, I won’t be able to make it tonight. Maybe once you’ve taught yourselves, you guys can teach another class :-)

Alright – ‘class’ is still on tomorrow. 7PM @ 1145 Florida Street. We haven’t found anyone to teach this class so we are all going to learn instead…

All are welcome!

this is a good link for cheese recipes, tools, etc. We have a kitchen. I am going to try to learn on Thursday night of next week. Want in?

Hey, should we just bring some recipes together and try to make cheese? It would be a good way to have some fun, learn to make cheese, and teach ourselves…

Any thoughts?
