Managing Relationships
For those of us that have large groups of people that we meet on a weekly/monthly basis, how can we use CRM tools and things like smartphones to better manage or relationships.
*Make your contacts searchable (for recruiter type details know anyone in telephony?" or “Know any CEOs for Hire in NYC?”)
*Get reminders to contact colder relationships (via time or subject matter. Example: SFDC or Zentact).
*Aggregate automated research on contacts (list their social network accounts, scrape their status, recent photos, etc.)
