Bouldering 101
An introduction to Bouldering.
By the end of this class you’ll be able to get up a climbing wall without worrying about looking like a dork. We’ll focus on using the least amount of energy in your movements and developing a sense of control over your body.
I can teach this class most any evening after 7pm. One-day passes at Mission Cliffs cost $18 and shoe rentals are an additional $4.

I’ll be at Mission Cliffs tonight ~7:30PM w/ @floodfx for anyone looking to join…
I know of at least one other person coming so we’ll have enough to have some fun. Also, we’ll have a special guest — a good friend of mine from growing up and one of the most hardcore climbers I know (10+ years experience) is in town.
