Casual distance running
Have you wanted to be able to run further or for longer? Ever been interested in running a 5k/10k/half-marathon but been intimidated by the training and uninterested in joining a Team-in-Training or other organization? This class might be just what you’re looking for.
Teacher's Notes
Growing up with asthma, I was always scared of having to run and really shied away for it from much of my life. But, in 2003, I gave it another shot and slowly increased the distance I was able to cover, while having fun with it. Over time, it’s become an important piece of my health routine but not something I obsess over, so if you’re looking to get to a similar place, maybe I can help you out :).
