How to make kimchi
Kimchi is a dying art, and my omma is one the few ladies still making her own stuff. We will be making Pogi style Kimchi which is much spicier than the watery stuff you get at most restaurants.
$40 cash/person includes 2 pound jar of kimchi to take and ferment at home.
Class space is limited to 10 students so once we’re full I will schedule a time.
