Job Interviewing and Negotiation Skills

The resume is just the beginning. What really matters is how you handle those interviews and negotiate the offer you’ve always dreamed of! I can help you learn how to network effectively, write a great resume, prepare for the interviews, and wrangle the salary and extra benefits you’ve always wanted.

Teacher's Notes

I’ve been working at Google for the past 4.5 years (recruiting and HR department), plus have additional recruiting experience at Accenture and Sapient. I also worked in the film industry for over two years and learned some mad negotiating skills during that time. I’ve personally interviewed over 400 people and been interviewed myself by plenty too! I’ve gained some incredibly valuable skills in this arena over the years that I’d love to pass onto you and help you land that dream job.

Disclaimer: If you are hoping/planning to interview at Google, I won’t be able to give you advice specific to the company, as it would be a conflict of interest.

Please plan to bring a copy of your resume with you and lots of questions!! It’s going to be a very conversational course.

If you want to eat something during this course, you may want to come a few minutes early to order food. They have great crepes and fries, of course.

See you there,

Kelly

Sorry, didn’t realize I put 6:30am, instead of 6:30pm.

Is it really at 6:30 in the morning? Yikes!
