How about next Sunday (may 10) at 11am? We could use my place if it’s just a small group — 15th and Noe.

as far as podcasts, I don’t really know — never listened to any about meditation. But let me know if you find anything good!

hey guys, i have guests this weekend and can’t do Sunday AM… Rob, should we throw a date onto this class though? Any times that work for you in the coming weeks? I could do an early AM before work during the week or quasi-early AM on weekends. really looking forward to this.

oh, in the meantime, are there any guided meditation podcasts you’d recommend?

i know there’s only 3 of us, but isnt that good enough to start? sunday pre-lunch (11.30ish) would be perfect for me.
